Paired sickle set forged at Blacksmith Togane, built around Blood Manipulation and the Reaper fighting style's spinning strings. Gated behind a map-wide 10-lever puzzle rather than a boss drop or dive spot — widely reported as the most tedious Nightfall schematic to unlock.

Schematic

Ten hidden red levers are scattered across the open world and must all be pulled during the same uninterrupted server session — leaving or disconnecting resets any levers already flipped back to red. Once all 10 are green, red gates open near Mistfall Harbor leading to a sewer grate entrance into the Forgotten Ruins, where an altar holds the Nightfall Sickles Schematic.
